The spec has the following requirements on width/height:

http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/the-map-element.html#attr-dim-width

v.nu doesn't check all of them because it requires knowledge about the resource's intrinsic dimensions. This is available to javascript in the Image Report, though, so could be checked there.
