When validating www.google.com, validator.nu flags margintop and marginheight with this error:

  Error: Attribute topmargin not allowed on element body at this point.

But most presentational attributes have an error message like this:

  Error: The bgcolor attribute on the body element is obsolete. Use CSS instead.

I fixed this recently in bug 730
