XML submission is another among the features from Web Forms 2.0 that did not make it into the HTML5 draft during the forms integration. So the "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" value on enctype is not supported in the current HTML5 draft.

That should of course read "So the *"application/x-www-form+xml"* value on enctype is not supported..."
