It seems the "onformchange" and "onforminput" attributes are among the WF2 features that did not make the cut on forms integration into HTML5

These changes seem to eleminate any remaining need for the web-forms-scripting.rnc and web-forms2-scripting.rnc files, so I went ahead and commented out the include statements for those.
