15:40 < hsivonen> Hixie: it should. If it didn't, it is a bug.

15:41 < hsivonen> nor hashed ID references in SVG
15:41 < Hixie> check the html5 spec on the whatwg site at the moment
15:41 < Hixie> id="parsing-main-inselect" is there twice, i believe
15:41 < Hixie> and i didn't see an error
15:41 < Hixie> though i could be mistaken
15:42 < Hixie> (just fixed it when i noticed it)
