Description Tim 2014-02-26 13:18:43 CET
Hi,

I believe the HandheldFriendly and MobileOptimized meta tags should be classed as valid and added to http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/MetaExtensions

Explanation of their validity: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1988499/meta-tags-for-mobile-should-they-be-used

Thanks,
Tim

That page doesn't qualify as documentation but after taking some time myself to look for something that might, I found http://docs.blackberry.com/en/developers/deliverables/6176/HTML_ref_meta_564143_11.jsp and http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb431690.aspx

So I've added the HandheldFriendly and MobileOptimized values to the validator source and to the MetaExtensions page.
