Noting that there are some cases of users who rely on the whattf schemas outside of validator.nu, it seems like we should restore at least one of the schema driver files, but under a different name (simply "html5.rnc" will work, I think) so as not to collide with the names of the driver files that are generated by the validator.nu build.
