Once pox.xml complies with the requirements for uploading the HTML parser 1.4 to the Maven Central Repository, upload it there with Henri Sivonen's GPG signature.

(I am assigning this to myself, because this step has to be performed by me, but I can't proceed before the dependencies have been fixed.)

The staging repository was dropped. No reason was given. I replied to notification hoping that the reply reaches a human being.
