The schema for MathML tables has at least one problem. The spec gives

columnspacing := (number h-unit | namedspace) +

for the columnspacing attribute on mtable, but the validator throws a "Bad value" error on simple strings like "1em". Automated MathML tools like Orrca's LaTeX to MathML converter produce strings like that, so it is not just my reading of the spec.

There may well be other related attributes which have problems, but I have not investigated.

My page now passes the validator, and the patch looks about right but having not read the entire spec I am not really able to say whether everything is entirely fixed. It works for me now though. Quick work! Thanks Michael.
